If it’s a match, we’ll schedule an in-home visit to take precise measurements, assess your space firsthand, and gather all the details needed. Following the visit, we provide a clear timeline and a detailed quote for our design services, giving you clarity on the investment and next steps.

Step 2 – Design & Material Selections
This is where your ideas come to life. Our designers use custom drawings and space planning to create a tailored design plan for your project. You’ll receive a comprehensive Design Portfolio, it may include:

• Custom AutoCAD drawings for review and revisions
• Cosmetic estimates for cabinets, countertops, tile, and fixtures
• Recommendations for appliances and other specialty selections, if needed
• Execution timeline for the design phase (typically 4–6 weeks)

We guide you through selecting custom cabinets, finishes, and materials using selection guides and showroom visits. All decisions are documented to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This step ensures your design is fully finalized and ready for construction.

Step 3 – Construction & Project Management
With design and selections complete, construction begins. Our team of skilled craftsmen executes the plan under the supervision of your dedicated project manager, who serves as your main point of contact throughout.

We coordinate directly with contractors, suppliers, and any architects or engineers involved, ensuring every detail is executed correctly. Regular updates and on-site reviews keep you informed, from rough-ins and cabinet layout checks to countertop templates and fixture installations.

Step 4 – Completion, Review & Warranty
Once construction is finished, we conduct a final walk-through to ensure your space meets or exceeds expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to provide detailed feedback, helping us continuously improve our service.
